Meat Masala

Meat Masala is a spice blend that can be used to prepare meat dishes and curries.

Meat Masala's Chilli, Pepper and Coriander will give your favorite meat dishes a nice kick of heat and an excellent aroma.

1. Add pieces of mutton or beef to a bowl with ground onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt and salt.
2. Marinate the mutton or beef for at least 2 hours.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Caramelize the chopped onions.
5. Add marinated mutton or beef and Meat Masala to the pan.
6. Add water.
7. Stir and cook until the gravy thickens
