Pulao Masala

Pulao Masala is a spice blend that is used to flavor the dish called pulao, which is a rice and vegetable dish.

Pulao masala adds an excellent aroma and subtle flavor to Pulao, which will replicate the aroma and flavor of freshly roasted and grounded spices.

1. Heat oil in a pot.
2. Caramelize chopped onions and green chilies.
3. Add ginger and garlic paste.
4. Sauté until the ginger and garlic paste disappear.
5. Add mixed vegetables and chopped mint.
6. Sauté until mint aroma is released.
7. Add water and bring the water to a boil.
8. Add the rice to the pot and cook until rice is fluffy.
9. Mix the contents of the pot.
