4. After the mashed potatoes have cooled down, form balls from the mashed potatoes.
5. Mix gram flour with water in a bowl to create a batter.
6. Add the mashed potato balls into the batter.
7. Deep fry the mashed potato balls.
8. Deep fry until crispy.
