Ingredients
- 1½ cups - Boiled Chole (Matar)
- 1 - Chopped Onion
- 1-2 - Chopped Tomato
- 1 - Chopped green chilli
- 1-2 - Boiled mash Aloo
- 1 tbsp - Alco Jeera Powder (Roasted Cumin Seeds)
- 1 tbsp - Alco Coriander Powder
- ½ tbsp - Alco Red Philli Powder
- ½ tbsp - Black salt
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp - Black pepper
- Half a lemon
- ½ tbsp - Alco Chaat Masala
- ½ tbsp - Alco Kitchen King Masala
- 2-3 tbsp - Tamarind Chutney (imli chutney)

How to make Chole
- In a bowl, add the following: Chopped onions, tomatoes & green chilli.
- Add all the above-listed masala powders.
- Add boiled potatoes and boiled Chole to it.
- Squeeze half the lemon over it. Add Alco chaat masala and kitchen king masala now.
- Lastly, add tamarind (imli) chutney. Mix it thoroughly.
Toasting a Kulcha
- Heat a tava and spread some butter on it.
- Place a Kulcha on your tawa. Spread butter over the kulcha.
- Toast it until it turns golden brown from the bottom. Now flip it. Toast it again.
- When the kulcha turns golden brown from both sides, it’s ready to serve with Chole.
